These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases and use of services provided by Cosmic Dust Astrology. By purchasing a reading or other service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. ASTROLOGY SERVICES

Cosmic Dust Astrology provides personalized astrological readings, written interpretations, timing analyses, relationship analyses, electional work, birth-time rectification, locational astrology, forecasts, and related astrological services.

Astrology is an interpretive practice. Readings are intended to provide insight, reflection, perspective, and exploration rather than certainty about future events.

2. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time an order is placed unless otherwise stated.

Prices displayed on the website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Work on a personalized reading may begin after payment and the required birth information or other requested material has been received.

3. CLIENT INFORMATION

You are responsible for providing accurate information necessary to prepare your reading.

The accuracy of astrological interpretation may be affected by inaccurate or incomplete birth information.

4. BIRTH TIMES

An accurate birth time is important for readings involving the Ascendant, Midheaven, houses, angles, and many predictive techniques.

If your birth time is unknown or uncertain, some interpretations may be limited. Birth Time Rectification may be recommended before other time-sensitive work is undertaken.

5. DELIVERY

Delivery times vary according to the service purchased and are stated on the relevant reading page whenever possible.

Most readings are delivered digitally by email. Delivery estimates begin once all required information has been received.

Occasionally additional time may be required for unusually complex charts, incomplete client information, technical issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

6. DIGITAL DELIVERY

Written readings are generally delivered electronically to the email address supplied when ordering.

You are responsible for providing a functioning and correctly entered email address and for checking spam, junk, or promotional folders when necessary.

7. PERSONALIZED READINGS

Each personalized reading is prepared for the individual or individuals identified in the order.

The interpretation is based on the information provided, the astrological methods appropriate to the reading, and the professional judgment used in analyzing the chart.

Because personalized astrological work requires individual research and preparation, results will vary from one chart to another.

8. NATAL READINGS

Natal readings interpret the birth chart and may address personality, emotional patterns, relationships, strengths, challenges, motivations, life themes, houses, planetary condition, and other relevant factors.

A natal reading describes astrological patterns and potentials rather than prescribing a particular life decision or guaranteeing a particular result.

9. RELATIONSHIP READINGS

Relationship astrology examines the interaction between two charts and may include synastry, composite techniques, timing factors, and other methods appropriate to the reading purchased.

Relationship readings are intended to help you understand relationship dynamics and your experience of them. They do not claim certainty about another person's private thoughts, feelings, intentions, or future choices.

10. FORECASTS

Forecast readings examine astrological cycles and periods of heightened activation using techniques that may include transits, progressions, solar arcs, eclipses, profections, and other timing methods.

Forecasts identify themes, timing windows, patterns, and probabilities. They do not guarantee that one specific event will occur.

11. ELECTIONAL ASTROLOGY

Electional astrology identifies stronger available dates and times for beginning an event or undertaking within the practical options provided by the client.

An electional recommendation cannot guarantee the outcome of a business launch, agreement, relationship, move, ceremony, project, financial decision, or other event.

The recommendation identifies astrological conditions considered more supportive within the available time period.

12. BIRTH TIME RECTIFICATION

Birth Time Rectification is an interpretive astrological method that compares possible birth times with documented life events and timing techniques.

Rectification is not a substitute for an official birth record.

In some cases the evidence may support a narrow time range rather than a single exact minute. If the available evidence does not support a sufficiently reliable conclusion, this will be stated.

You may save, print, and retain your reading for your own reference. Commercial reproduction, resale, redistribution, publication, or use of substantial portions of a reading without permission is not permitted.

Website text, original written readings, educational material, graphics, branding, and other original content produced by Cosmic Dust Astrology are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchase of a reading does not transfer ownership of Cosmic Dust Astrology's methods, written content, website material, or other intellectual property.

21. PRIVACY

Personal information supplied in connection with your order is handled in accordance with the Cosmic Dust Astrology Privacy Policy.
