About Tucana

The constellation shown above is Tucana.

My father, an astronomy enthusiast, named me after it, and from the time I was young I imagined that I might one day become an astronomer myself.

I grew up fascinated by the stars and the universe, but astrology was something I had never taken seriously.

That changed when I was 20 and my sister gave me a professional astrological reading.

I entered the reading as a skeptic and left astonished. The astrologer described parts of my personality and life with such startling specificity that I could no longer simply dismiss astrology.

I became determined to understand how she could know me so well simply by looking at my birth chart.

So I began studying astrology for myself.

I was immediately captivated.

The stars that had fascinated me since childhood now became something more — a language through which I could explore identity, relationships, timing, and the deeper patterns of human experience.

That first reading ignited a passion for understanding astrology in greater depth, and that passion has stayed with me for decades.

That lifelong fascination ultimately led me to create Cosmic Dust Astrology.

My hope is to share what astrology has taught me in a way that helps other people understand themselves more deeply, gain clarity about their relationships and life experiences, and recognize the larger patterns and cycles unfolding in their lives.
