CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cosmic Dust Astrology provides personalized digital astrology readings and related services that require individual research, analysis, and preparation.
Because each reading is created specifically for the person or people named in the order, cancellation and refund eligibility depends upon whether work on the reading has begun.
CANCELLATIONS BEFORE WORK BEGINS
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Cosmic Dust Astrology as soon as possible.
If research, chart analysis, preparation, or writing has not yet begun, a cancellation and refund may be available.
Once personalized work has begun, the order is generally no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
ONCE WORK HAS BEGUN
Personalized readings require dedicated research, chart calculation, interpretation, analysis, and writing.
Once this work has begun, payments are generally non-refundable because time and professional services have already been committed specifically to your order.
This applies even if the completed reading has not yet been delivered.
COMPLETED OR DELIVERED READINGS
Completed and delivered personalized readings are non-refundable.
Because astrology is interpretive in nature, a refund will not be issued because you disagree with an interpretation, expected a different interpretation, or because future circumstances unfold differently from what you anticipated.
Astrological readings describe patterns, themes, timing, possibilities, and probabilities rather than guaranteed outcomes.
CLIENT INFORMATION
You are responsible for providing accurate birth information and other details requested for your reading.
This may include your date of birth, exact birth time when known, birthplace, current location, relevant event dates, and the birth information of another person when required for a relationship reading.
If inaccurate or incomplete information is supplied and the reading has already been prepared, a refund will not ordinarily be available.
If additional work is required because incorrect information was provided, a new reading or additional fee may be necessary depending upon the circumstances.
BIRTH TIME UNCERTAINTY
Some astrological techniques depend heavily upon an accurate birth time.
If your birth time is unknown, estimated, rounded, or uncertain, please disclose this before ordering a time-sensitive reading.
Cosmic Dust Astrology may recommend Birth Time Rectification before proceeding with another service when the uncertainty could materially affect the interpretation.
DELIVERY OR TECHNICAL PROBLEMS
If you do not receive your completed reading because of an email delivery problem, corrupted file, incorrect attachment, or similar technical issue, please contact Cosmic Dust Astrology.
A replacement or corrected copy will be provided when appropriate.
A technical delivery problem does not require you to repurchase the reading.
ERRORS IN THE DELIVERED FILE
If a delivered reading contains a clear technical or clerical error, such as an incorrect attachment or information that does not match the birth details you supplied, please report the issue promptly.
When appropriate, the error will be reviewed and a corrected file will be provided.
DUPLICATE OR INCORRECT CHARGES
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order or that an incorrect amount was charged, please contact Cosmic Dust Astrology promptly.
Duplicate or demonstrably incorrect charges will be reviewed and corrected when appropriate.
INTERPRETIVE DISAGREEMENT
Astrology involves professional interpretation, synthesis, and judgment.
A refund is not available solely because you disagree with an interpretation, prefer another astrologer's interpretation, or expected the chart to be interpreted differently.
The reading represents the astrological analysis prepared from the information supplied and the methods used by Cosmic Dust Astrology.
FUTURE EVENTS AND OUTCOMES
No refund will be issued because a predicted theme, timing window, relationship development, career development, or other future possibility does not occur in the way you expected.
Astrological forecasting identifies patterns, timing, activation, and probabilities. It does not guarantee one predetermined event or outcome.
ELECTIONAL AND TIMING SERVICES
Electional astrology identifies the strongest available dates and times within the choices and practical restrictions provided by the client.
Payment for electional work covers the research and analysis required to identify those periods. It does not guarantee the ultimate outcome of the event being timed.
Once electional research has begun, the service is generally non-refundable.
BIRTH TIME RECTIFICATION
Birth Time Rectification involves testing possible birth times against documented life events and astrological timing techniques.
The service does not guarantee that a single exact minute can always be established.
In some cases, the most responsible conclusion may be a narrow time range. In other cases, the available evidence may not support a sufficiently reliable result.
Payment covers the analysis performed and is not contingent upon producing one exact minute.
PROCESSING AN APPROVED REFUND
If a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method whenever possible.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend upon your bank, card issuer, or payment processor.
